PhaseOut - alternative tabbed browser based on Internet Explorer

PhaseOut is an alternative tabbed browser based on Internet Explorer for Windows platforms. Main feature is the GUI (the skin) in Flash. The skin is completely customizable and it can be changed with another one simply selecting from the installed ones or from those available in the PhaseOut site. Skins are very small files, from 50 to 500 Kb. PhaseOut offers new integrated functions such as PhotoMail, a tool that with a web cam sends instant movies or images, or the side bar witch contains additional options to sort history, favorites, html pages preview and other interesting things.
