Html/web browser which provides speech and mp3 capabilities for advanced users

Redbeard WebTalker is a html browser which provides speech and mp3 capabilities for advanced users. This browser in not meant to replace your current web browser but rather to provide features most usefull for larger html files. Three important functions of this program are: 1) Provide a browser/viewer of html and text documents which scrolls and hilites within document as it converts a html document into speech, including speed and pitch control over the voice. 2) Convert html/text documents into a sequence of mp3 files (playable on portable mp3 players such as the Lyra). Editing and pagination functions are provided before speech conversion for possible last minute modifications to each file's text. 3) Provide a user defined link(bookmark) list which will return the user to the same document and location within the document. For long html documents this is superior to an url link list, such as the favorites list. The browsing/viewing capabilities are similar to other browsers such as the MS Internet Explorer. Though one significant difference from others is a MDI (multi-document interface) so multiple documents may be opened simultaneously without creating additional instances of the program.
